Your mission, values, and vision are the foundations of your business strategy.

Your vision is your north star

Your vision is your long-term hopes and dreams for your business. It paints a vivid picture of what your future vision looks like. What impact do you want to make? What change do you want to see in the world?

Your mission is grounded in the here and now

Your mission is what your company does, who your company serves, and how your company serves them. It gives you and your team a clear goal, what does everyone need to do today to achieve the future vision?

Your core values are your guiding principles

Your core values are the essence of what your business stands for, they define what is most important to you. These are not just words on paper, it’s vital to make your core values mean something and to live into them daily.

Our Core Values in Practice

It’s not enough to only state your core values but to demonstrate how your core values show up in practice inside your business.

Core value #1: Freedom and Belonging

We have confidence in the path we’re taking. Feel grounded in our values, purpose, insights, and intuition. We allow ourselves the freedom to move through life on our own terms.

Running a business is part science and part listening to your gut, which can sometimes mean it’s time to break the rules and shake up the status quo. When working with founders we ground our marketing strategies in their company’s vision, values and mission, valuable insights from clients plus a healthy dose of what the founder’s heart is telling them. This way we can make sure that they‘re building a business driven by purpose and connecting it to something bigger, creating sustainability for the long term. 

Purpose Gives You Freedom

This method creates massive amounts of freedom because as a business owner you’re not trying to build something that you think “you should” be building, and it gives you that north star to keep things on track so you’re not spinning your wheels, or wasting your valuable time and energy.

We are the perennial generation, ever-growing, ever-blooming at any age or stage. We have the courage and momentum to keep learning, growing, and moving forward.

We don’t believe we’re ever a finished product, the perennial generation is ever-growing, ever-blooming at any age or stage. We live in a fast-paced, fast-changing world driven by curiosity, technology, and amazing innovations. Our customers are constantly evolving and we must evolve with them if we’re to keep growing and thriving.

As a business owner, I constantly invest in my own personal growth and development so I stay up-to-date and ahead of the game in the rapidly evolving field of marketing. I do this so we’re able to expertly guide and teach our clients so they don’t have to be the expert in everything and can focus on where they deliver the most value in their business and spend more time doing what lights them up.

Core value #3: Stronger Together

A rising tide lifts all boats. We build community and create support systems. Seek the guidance and connections we need to succeed and fuel our growth. We strive to add value to others honestly and ethically.

We couldn’t have built The Lola without the support of our amazing community. Becoming a founder truly showed me what the power of having and network and a support system means. This is not something they teach you in business school! 

Since having this a-ha moment I would never try to build a business (or do life) without gathering my people first. That would be madness! 

As well as being a support system and marketing guide for Founders, we also teach them how to grow and expand their networks not only for their personal well-being but so they can grow their businesses faster, more strategically, and with more ease.

Core value #4: Sustainable, Joyful Success

We work to live, not live to work. We intentionally place our needs, energy and well-being at the center to ensure our success is not only sustainable but also joyful. 

While work is important and often central in many of our lives we believe it should be done in a joyful and sustainable way. We shouldn’t have to constantly grind away at the expense of the other important things in our lives, like our family, our sleep, our health, or just doing things that make us happy (without guilt!)

To help clients achieve the balance that is right for them we show them how to create processes that make doing business easier and systems that don’t require them to do every little thing manually (because who has the energy for that?) 

These processes and systems once created help them find new leads and generate sales with more ease, so their success is scalable and sustainable and they get the time back for the things and people they love most.
